At Clothing by BP, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all BP designer tags and labels are securely attached.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any existing delivery labels.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
